What happens to my files when paid plans launch?
Nothing is deleted. Your files will either be zipped for download or kept in the database. On the update day, you can download everything for free — no data is lost. We will notify you well in advance of any changes.
Do I need a credit card to use LabVox right now?
No. The platform is completely free during beta. Just sign in with Google and start deploying. No payment information is ever required during this period.
When are the paid plans launching?
We haven't set a fixed date yet. We'll announce pricing plans well before they go live — you'll get a heads up via email and on the platform dashboard.
What does "console update delay" mean?
When you edit code in the LabVox Console and push changes, the Free tier introduces a short delay before the update goes live. Pro tier reduces this to 1 second. During beta, updates go live instantly.
Can I have multiple projects?
Yes. The storage limits shown are per project, not per account. You can create as many projects as you like — each one gets its own storage allocation.
